Any critiques for this initial mead making process?

 1) Cleaning: clean all equipment, remove everything, including rubber seals, and the attitude that I call a fart nozzle. Use dish soap to scrub, bath thoroughly, then disinfect with a cap of clean brown cloth store beverages in 5 liters of water.

 1) I am not in love with dish soap (or any other kind) because I use the same equipment for brewing beer. If you do not, you can get away with it. BTW, I use TSP + blanch for cleaning and disinfection stage (after triple rinsing cleaning clear).

The difference between dropping the tailgate alone and a tonneau is two-wrap.
