Is it more expensive to move a washer and dryer or a furnace, water softener and hot water tank?

 I have two storage rooms in my basement with a bathroom between. The first room houses the washer and dryer, houses stale hot water tank, water softener and furnace. We want to put everything above in one place so that we can reclaim the space of others.

 To move the oven as you would have to route new ducts and vents (if gas). means of heating water to treat at full disaggregation.
