Woodard Furniture-Lyon Shaw range? Think it is only in US.?

 Does anyone have knowledge of why or how they came up with the name of the scale Lyon Shaw?

 Winston Furniture Suite (now WinsLoew) purchased Lyon Shaw BB Walker Co in November 1986. They then sold in 1997 Lyon Shaw, I agree to the current owner Woodard, Inc.

Best known for founding Lyon-Shaw in 1968 with his working partner, Larry Shaw, Lyon began his career with industry Woodard in 1955 and most recently was a representative self-sufficient for Kingsley-Bate. He received the Lifetime Achievement Agreement in 2007. Lyon also spoke about the industry dinner last year when an Apollo Award Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to the widow of Shaw.

Lyon expressed his gratitude to the countless people he has worked over the years - dealers, manufacturers and representatives. "I highly recommend appreciate the relationships and the support of all those I had the pleasure of knowing in this area," said Lyon.
