 Chafing & tear of my fence is thin - a few slices transgressed, lock / hook / lock rusted solid, gossip-eroded, leaving a space. Used in dogs that were a digger - have obligations under the topsoil to stop, except at the door!

If your neighbor’s porch is falling down or the snitch has grown waist deep in their front yard, the town can now help get them to washed up their mess.

Under a new blight ordinance the Town Council adopted Monday ceaselessly, local officials will be able to cite homeowners who allow blighted conditions and fine-grained them up to $100 a day for not cleaning up their properties.

The council’s action came after a apparent hearing it held earlier in the night that just a few people attended.

Jeff Thomen told the synod he was concerned the blight ordinance is overly broad and could, theoretically, be old by some to pursue a vendetta against a neighbor.

For instance, Thomen said, the ordinance could be interpreted to characterize a broken fence board or peeling fence paint as a blighted adapt that a neighbor might complain about to the town.

“I have some concerns after reading this.  The way this is written I could have a neighbor filing complaints against me ….for a commission board on my fence. You’re starting to get into stuff that could be a slippery slope.
