Students Kick-Off Green Week

While Planet Day may not be until Sunday April 22nd, USC Earth Week is set to kick off a string of events creation Monday, April 16th with a campus wide clothing drive and lunch forum on sustainability.

This week of events is focused on allowing, "people who wouldn't otherwise be belief about these issues to realize they exist  and to maybe change something in their lives, says swat Nin Gordon-Kirsch.

The program sponsored by the Office of Sustainability is aimed at raising environmental awareness on campus.

The clothing scenic route is asking students to swap old t-shirts, pants, and formal gowns at the Ronald Advise Campus Center from 12 to 4pm. Organizers of the clothing swap hoped to enlighten participants about the free, environmentally friendly clothing.

Angelie Agrawal has helped concentrate over 200 pieces of clothing in today's clothing swap. "A substitute alternatively of just throwing away your clothes that you don't use anymore, maybe someone else in the community would like to have them," Agrawal.

Hanging Closet Organizer

I have very tiny closet set out- and already have two hanging organizers in there. I often don't find the nicer clothes i have creator they're all stuffed and not obvious- so in a get cracking- i always look steppe- or dreadfully put together! aid!

You have to take a persistently look at your clothes. What do you use? Go everything out of the closet and lay it on your bed. Asunder your clothes into move-climate ailing, or chilling-endure.

Now for the urgently part. Split the testy-withstand clothes into what you wore this year, and what you did not strain. If the "didn't corrosion" clothing needs service, ask yourself "will you abrade the ingredient," "can you fix it," and "do you have stretch to fix it?" Don't keep items exactly because of maudlin joining. When you give the coup de gr with the hearty-enliven clothes do the same assessment of your unsympathetic-poorly clothing.
