 I use a catch-all for their livelihood Rubbermaid cat, but it is not waterproof. Would you recommend Pets Rubbermaid Scoop'n confidence in pet food storage container or storage Petedge wheels or any other option?

 Everything depends on whether you need and if you need to have wheels or not. Whither food be kept? If its outside, you can try some nonsense that can suction when you try to lift the lid to seal air tight. It may be cheaper too.
