What is the safest way to heat a Sterilite tub for a ball python?

 I will be convincing my ball python a bath STERILITY and I wondered what the safest way to heat the tank. I do not want to use a bulb I need to know what the safest way to cushion heat for a bath is in order.

I use this to store clothes (and my roommate has one too, even with the stomach clothing). We both have all three drawers full of t-shirts, other shirts, jeans and so things are thick and filled the drawers consummately, and puts a lot of balance in them. I have my set up on an old desk dry, and it does not move at all, and even took my cats to jump on it without having given them.In the housing my roommate, he sat on the drawers in front of the baffle window (larger between two convenient woody) and cats (we have 4 adults innocent about 10-15 lbs) all spring on the all drawers, well on top of dressers, and like to be the land of Nod, as to raise any particular covers that sit ontop of the drawers.
